Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Tires
All Used tires, *older DOT New sale tires or any used merchandise are final sale and “sold as is” there is no warranty, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Please note all used tires are inspected for nails, punctures, and deemed safe before installation.
We offer a 30-day refund or exchange on New unused tires only. The return timeframe starts the day the tires are purchased and delivered. However, seasonal tires and special ordered tires that are not in our regular product selection are excluded from returns or exchanges. We inspect all tires before a return is processed and approved. Any set of tires has to be complete with all 4 tires in order to be eligible for return. You will need to present the original sales receipt for us to process your tire return or exchange.
Mileage Limit
Tires can be exchanged only if they have less than 30 miles for passenger car tires and light truck and SUV tires. We measure mileage by checking the tires for uneven wear that exceeds these mileage limits. Tires exceeding maximum mileage limits based on application (noted above) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition Requirements
All returned tires must be in saleable condition in order for a return to be accepted. Unacceptable examples include but are not limited to tires that have cuts, cracks, irregular wear, bubbles, belts showing through the tread or sidewall, or other signs the tire integrity has been compromised. We will fully inspect each tire before issuing any refund or exchange.
Restocking fee
Restocking fee is charged based on total price sold. There is a $10 per tire restocking fee on any return, exchange or any canceled/refused order to cover the costs of processing, inspection, and getting the tires back on our rack for resale. The restock fee per tire is deducted from any refund amount.
Return process
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please bring tires back with original receipt. Our team will inspect each tire and make a determination on whether the return or exchange can be accepted based on the criteria outlined in this policy. Approved returns are refunded or exchanged at the discretion of the store manager, typically in the form of store credit.
